The aspherics design can improve optical performances and the lightweight required in the optical systems. So far, the aspheric lens/ mirror are the core components in the optical system. Nowadays, ITRC has already built the profilometer, null-lens system, CGH interferometer and digital knife edge testing system for aspheric lens/mirror metrology.
