MALDI Chip for Mass Sample Preparation
Introduction
ITRC provides the MALDI chips for mass sample preparation, including the design and fabrication. Matrix-assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-MS) nowadays has been widely used in proteomics researches. To prepare a homogeneous and concentrated co-crystallized sample is an important issue. ITRC provides the chips which can concentrate the co-crystallized sample on the detection area and enhance the mass-spectra signal by using a proprietary micro-texture design on the chip surface.
