Nano / Micro Optics Versatile Measuring System
Introduction
This is a multi-function measuring system, featuring a selective light source, a microscope and a number of measurements such as those in the near-field Fresnel diffraction, far field Fraunhofer diffractiion, fluorescence spectrum, laser-trapping and the optical characterization of passive optical elements (infrared or visible optical element). In addition, it solves the problems of optical noise and incompatibility encountered in a conventional system. Especially, it does not require an infrared CCD when measuring an infrared optical element.
