Introduction
The trend in the optical elements of opto-electrical products is towards miniaturizing their size so as to fabricate a microlens array. Taking advantage of the Excimer laser process in the LIGA-like fabrication, the cost can be reduced, the surface quality of moulds can be improved, and time spent in developing the products can be saved. In addition, the moulds with high quality and repeatability, applied to fabricate the microlens array, can also be gained.
