BackLight Unit On-line Inspection Instrument
Introduction
ITRC had completed the development of 4 inch Back Light Unit On-line Inspection Instrument (BLU) in 2005. A year after, according to the feedback of users and market trend, we conclude that larger size LCD for NB and other monitors are the main force of LCD panel manufacturers. Manufacturers even throw themselves into the upgrading of 32 inch panel and upwards manufacture. Therefore we decided to extension the measurement ability of BLU to large size panel without debasing advantages of BLU: fast, unnecessary of precision location. Therefore, the manufacturers can not only reduce the manpower and time but also improve the field rate of products.

CCD grey level radiation rectification, Multi-CCD combination geometry rectified.
