背光模組線上全檢儀

簡介
本中心於 94 年度開發完成4吋背光模組輝度線上全檢儀開發後，歷經一年使用者意見與市場的調查，發現目前台灣面板商除了以手機等小尺寸的背光模組做為主要產品之外，筆記型電腦之液晶螢幕與監視器螢幕背光模組更是面板廠商另一主力產品。因此本中心便積極規劃發展一中大尺寸背光模組輝度檢測技術，除了將可量測尺寸由原始的 4 吋背光模組，擴大到中大尺寸之背光模組外，仍保持檢測時間短，受測背光模組也無須精密定位等優勢，可大幅縮減時間及人力，並降低生產成本。利用本設備可適時地淘汰不良瑕疵品，提高產品之出貨良率。
技術能量
CCD 輝度輻射度校正機制，多 CCD 幾何校正，CCD 色度量測校正。
