Surface roughness analysis
The transparent conductive oxide (TCO), such as indium-tin-oxide (ITO), Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) and Zn-doped indium oxide (IZO) have attracted much interest in the application of optoelectronic devices such as solar cells and liquid crystal displays due to their high conductivity and high transparence in visible region. It is well known that the optical, electrical, structural and morphological properties of the TCO films are implicit in determining device performance. Therefore, ITRC has developed optimized TCO thin-film properties to meet the requirements of their applications.
