Development of CO2 Laser Processing System
Purpose
ITRC develop great performance of high-speed and accuracy in processes, including laser cutting, laser slotting, laser grooving, laser hole drilling, and laser scribing, which can be applied into materials from plastics, glasses, PMMA, PCB etc.
Specifications & Features
The CO2 laser system speed at which the process head travels, expressed in 600 mm/sec, 400 mm/sec for process. High speeds mean high productivity. Speed is also used to control thermal field of working. For a given power level, the slower speed, the thermal field of the laser will engrave or cut. The focal length of lens can be useful by using different materials. Then we offer the different option of 1.0 inch to 5.0 inch zoom lens, for processing within different thickness material.
