Development of Microscope Auto Focus System

Purpose

Along with the progress and development of science and technology, the manufacturing of LCD already follows the commercial mass production. In the violent business competition, the quality of the product becomes the decisive key factor, and the objective standard of the product quality depends on a minute examination of the possible defects. Therefore, ITRC specially develops the Microscope Auto Focus System, which significantly shortens the time needed to adjust the focal distances of specimens.
