Color filter
Purpose
There are two methods for determining cutpoint during optical coating process: quartz crystal monitoring and opticaling. Quartz crystal measures the deposited mass typical accuracy ±1%. Optical monitoring measurement the true optical thickness, achievable repeatability ±0.01%. ITRC developed Optical Monitor System (OMS) for high-precision and stable coating process.
Specifications & Features
- Provide real-time cutpoint capability for a wide range of precision optical coating applications.
- Automatically provide a cut base on a pre-programmed optical thickness for each film.
- Optical film thickness determine automatically.
- Multi rule for thickness determine, base on spectrum.
- Loop time is 0.3 second, short response time.
- All parameter are saved in database, you could print it as report or display it on screen via web service.
- The process of coating will be saved in database, include spectrum every 0.3 second. You could use it for training or demonstration.
